Jim Figg (Moderator), Jim Figg Fishing 
Jim is a 30+year fishing tournament veteran with a focus on bass. He retired from civil service in 2011 after 30 with the Department of Army. Jim has been a tournament director, Major League Fishing boat official, and enjoys all aspects of sport fishing. He most enjoys that there is always more to learn about the marine industry and competitive fishing. You can follow Jim on Facebook at Jim Figg Fishing.

Jeff Siems, Blue Springs Marine 
Jeff Siems is owner of Blue Springs Marine, a 60 year old marine dealership in metro Kansas City. He is the President of the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas Educational Foundation and represents region 8 on the MRAA national Board of Directors. His dealership is 5-Star Marine Industry Certified, as well as a member of the Top 100 dealers in North America. Jeff has developed his own educational curriculum within the dealership to train and grow marine technicians from apprentice to certified marine technicians.

Warren Kurtz, Yamaha University 
Warren Kurtz is District Service Manager (Supporting MO, KS, AR, OK. with Dealership Development, Technical Assistance Resources and Technical College Representative) at Yamaha University.

Jeremy Anderson, Big Thunder Marine
Started in the boat business as pro shop manager in Chicago area in 2001. Lived in Wisconsin my whole life until moving to Lake of the Ozarks in 2016 to take over Big Thunder Marine. In less than 4 years we’ve become the largest volume boat dealer at LOTO, been a part of 4 acquisitions, built 2 showrooms and a large service shop and become a top dealer for all of the brands we carry. I grew up show skiing in Wisconsin and have always loved boats and boating and still barefoot today! I am married with 3 kids and we all truly love the water and live the “lake life” 

Ryan Hamilton, Table Rock Boats
Ryan Hamilton started working in the family marina business, Port of Kimberling Marina and Resort, at 9 years old picking up trash in the campgrounds. He was promoted to manager of the fuel dock and boat rental business at 16. He left college to become the General Manager of the marina and resort complex in 2004. At the same time, he started a boat brokerage business and ran it out of the marina. That brokerage business is now Table Rock Boats. Table Rock Boats has grown steadily and now includes new and used boat sales and service. Ryan and his staff have won many sales and customer satisfaction awards over the years. Using his experience from working in the marina business and boat sales and service business, Ryan and his wife were able to purchase the family marina business from his parents in 2019. Ryan enjoys boating and surfing with his family on Table Rock Lake.
